What to except in the meeting
There are two ways we can meet to design your ring, first one is in person where we will meet for coffee and discuss your design while looking through the sample rings, or if you aren’t close by or need the meeting to be a secret we can meet over zoom.

First we look at rings you like so I can ask you questions to get a deeper understanding of what design features are most important to you that we can incorporate in to your ring.
This may be getting inspiration from the rings I have created, rings you have seen, or looking through the rings you have put into a Pinterest board.

Then we fill out the design form together, this is when we start to really get a better idea of your design.
Each part of the ring will have different options to make the ring personal to your style, we will go into more depth about each part to make the ring special to you or your partner.

Learning about the different metals
I will explain the offers of which metal is best to choose for your lifestyle and the properties of the metals.
Learning about diamonds/gemstones
Don’t worry if you don’t have a clue about stones, this is why I am here to explain and help give my knowledge on stones and what you need to look out for.
When it comes to diamonds it’s all about the 4c’s which I will explain (if you want to look into it a bit more before hand check out this blog)
When it comes to gem stones it more about the colour and what colour stands out to you. When you see the stone you will know instantly that it’s the one.
I explain the different ways I can make your ring and the process of the making journey.
There are 3 different ways I create rings, sometimes we mix and match them to create your ring in the best possible outcome. If you want to learn more about the different ways I create check out this blog.
It’s not all about ordering a ring and receiving it once it’s made, I take you on the making journey with me while I am creating your ring. This is such a great way to make this ring extra special to you as you will see it come together.

we finish off with what the next steps are for the payments and how we get started.
After the meeting there are still a few design things we will go through. First off I will get back to you will some starting quotes ideas with a few diamonds/stones.
If it’s a diamond you are having in your ring I will look through the best quality diamonds I can find in your price range and put them in a table so you can see the 4c’s clearly and pick the one that stand out to you the most.
If it’s a gem stone you are having I will order in a selection around the size you would like and then you choose the stone that you fall in love with.
Once you have chosen the metal and diamond/stone, it is then that we start creating your bespoke ring.
Payment plan is 50% to start with and then you don’t pay the other 50% until the end when your ring is complete.

Before the meeting
To make the meeting as valuable as we can I have a list of things to do before hand so I can get everything prepared before we start our meeting.
- Sent over a Pinterest board/photos of rings you like. (This will give me an idea of what you like and can discuss the details of the rings to start to piece your design together.)
