Customer Journey – Edna & Louisa

Customer Journey with Edna & Louisa. I had the best time working with them both to create their engagement ring and wedding rings.

How did you feel when you had to start looking for an engagement ring?

We wanted something unique and made in Cornwall, our home County.

How did you hear about Stephanie Stevens Jewellery?

We did a lot of research online and discovered you!

Why was it important for you to have a bespoke ring?

We wanted something different and to enjoy the process of designing a bespoke rings

Main reason you chose Stephanie to design and make your ring?

We liked what Steph had designed for other people, and her style

What was it like receiving the photos of your ring being made and how did it make you feel?

I was quite excited watching the engagement ring develop, but Louisa did not see the process until after she had the ring, I made a slideshow for her.

Your favourite part of the journey?

It was probably the early video sessions we had with Steph, actually designing the engagement ring. We had thought about it and had drawn a rough sketch of how we wanted it to look, and Steph then worked from that, we also at this point also decided what we wanted for a wedding rings.

Any tips you can give to partners looking for engagement rings?

Enjoy the process

Platinum Diamonds and Aquamarine Engagement Ring

After a lovely meal at Emily Scott’s Restaurant at Watergate Bay, I proposed to Louisa, it was one of our favorite places to go

How does it feel now you have your dream ring?

We both feel very special wearing our rings, they mean a lot to us as we were part of the design process for all three

What does your ring mean to you?

They are a symbol of our love and commitment that we look at every day

Any other comments?

We have very much enjoyed working with Steph, and knowing who made our rings, the skill and love that goes into making them.
